Montessori is 134

Today is Maria Montessori's birthday - or it would be if she were alive. I'm thankful that her genius created all of the wonderful, creative, learning materials it did and the compassion to help children really love their learning experiences. What a gift to my life...
so I started a school in a church
where my husband wanted to be sure we wouldn't have to attend
went once to be nice to the pastor who had HONESTLY befriended us
kept going
joined
got "saved"
had a wonderful Christian family surround us and help us raise two wonderful daughters who did turn out great if I do say so myself!!!

Hmmm that was 24 + years ago!

Thanks God for my school and Maria's life

First Day

It's early in the morning and I'm on my way to work and I just need God to go with me, We have the most wonderful, loving and giving staff in the world. Lord, give us cohesiveness, wisdom, compassion... Thanks for my school!
