52 hours

Well, we are leaving soon. My brother is here and has 5 pages of directions for care of the home place while we are gone - mom, peaches and pool! We are doing last minute laundry, shopping, and showing him everything we hope! Have a great month world!!! :)

Only to Findlay!

I think we aren't driving anywhere this weekend! Of course it is only Sunday morning and we are pretty fluid in our plan making but that's how it looks this morning! We did drive to Findlay last night - but that hardly counts as a weekend on the road since M works there!

We went to Outback. M and I hope it is quieter than that in Australia!!! But the food this time seemed less full of fat than last time we went a couple years ago! We took my Mom, and A and J met us with R (age four) and S (age 7) who they babysit for. The surprise for A was that E drove up from Mt. Vernon (so she was on the road another weekend!) We had a great birthday dinner with A - one weekend late, but that is when the timing worked out!

J came over yesterday morning and helped make his wife's birthday cake! I typed up her favorite recipe so he will always have it too! What a sweet thing to do!

Earlier yesterday we went to M's sister's retirement party and it was great to see all of his siblings together with some of the cousins and their kids! We had a nice visit with all!
