The Rest of my Life

It is interesting to think and pray about - the rest of your life. Here on earth. Our children are grown and gone and Mark is four years from retirement. What do the next 35 years hold for us? Where is God leading...

I think I would enjoy child care, for grandchildren only, while our children's families are young. Of course they are all newlyweds and there are no grandchildren yet. Still that sounds like a good work for me... And I could do more baking.

Mark - will probably enjoy lots of home repair work for those in need around us.

Back to the hospital

Well Mom is in the hospital. She coughed up a LOT of blood Friday night and Saturday. I was there with her (ER to home to ER to admittance) from 10:30 til 7:30 yesterday and will go back in a bit. They have done an x ray (which is ok) and a CT scan (don't know results) and are culturing for TB, fungus, bacteria etc. We will see what is going on.

Real vacation

Water, ocean waves, therapy, sitting and knitting on my brother's porch overlooking the Atlantic! Thanks God for a break!
